Lucas is 1!

Happy Birthday Lucas! As Lucas’ mommy put it so perfectly… it’s like the end of an era when one of “my” babies turns 1… I’ve photographed Lucas as a newborn…3 month… 6month… 9 month old… and now a 1 year old! It really is the end of a very special era for both myself and the parents of these beautiful babes. I know the feeling well from when my own little ones turned 1… its the most bittersweet day! Looking back at their first year you can’t help but think it flew before your eyes!

We had SO much fun with Lucas’ 1st birthday session yesterday… it was an absolutely gorgeous day and Lucas was adorable as ever. His mommy & daddy did not disappoint with an adorable Little man/Mustache Bash theme…and with the coordinating outfit, FABULOUS cake and props… oh it was just such a fun session! Lucas’ grandma made him the amazing cake… loved it!
