newborn Ella

How precious is this brand new babe with all her hair and those eyes!? I still can’t get over how alert she was… she is already watching her brother and sister with admiration it seems at 14 days old.

I first photographed Ella’s parents and siblings at Sand Hill Cove beach in 2012…and couldn’t believe it when mom emailed me to schedule Ella’s newborn session… the months just fly by lately! These were done at Ella’s grandmother’s house… she has a beautiful home with lots of wonderful light. All of these images were taken by a gorgeous set of french doors that open up to a huge beautiful backyard. Ella’s big sister was beyond adorable wanting to hold her and have her picture taken again and again… Ella’s big brother was not so keen on the idea, but thanks to some help from his aunties and grandmother we managed to get some great shots of him and the rest of the family.

Ella did a fantastic job during her first photo shoot. 🙂
