The wait is over…she’s finally here! Meet Vera.
I couldn’t be any more thrilled for Vera’s mommy and daddy… and for her two big sisters…I’ve been photographing this family for almost four years and have loved every minute of it!

Happy Birthday Lucas! As Lucas’ mommy put it so perfectly… it’s like the end of an era when one of “my” babies turns 1… I’ve photographed Lucas as a newborn…3 month… 6month… 9 month old… and now a 1 year old! It really is the end of a very special era for both myself and the parents of these beautiful babes. I know the feeling well from when my own little ones turned 1… its the most bittersweet day! Looking back at their first year you can’t help but think it flew before your eyes!
We had SO much fun with Lucas’ 1st birthday session yesterday… it was an absolutely gorgeous day and Lucas was adorable as ever. His mommy & daddy did not disappoint with an adorable Little man/Mustache Bash theme…and with the coordinating outfit, FABULOUS cake and props… oh it was just such a fun session! Lucas’ grandma made him the amazing cake… loved it!

This family and I really had our work cut out for us on Sunday. The rain had held off all day and started 15 minutes before our session was scheduled. So we drove to another beach to see if we could beat the rain… and we did! Sweet miss E you were an absolute joy to photograph… Thanks for being such troopers Y family and for a great night!
We really could not have asked for a more beautiful evening… it was a quintessential summer night! I met the Brown family at one of my favorite spots… the Farmer’s Daughter… and we had a great time capturing some wonderful portraits of this beautiful family. This sweet baby girl came to visit me a few weeks ago on a beautiful morning and was a sleepy dream for being almost two weeks old! Mom brought all kinds of adorable props for us to play with and baby girl kindly obliged! From a teeny newborn crown to flapper style headbands… miss Isla wore them all with such style <3
