Wow… it’s hard to believe it’s been nearly THREE years since I closed the doors to my Tiny Wonder Photography studio. I have missed my little clients SO very much!

Only 16 days until it is officially Spring! We made it through the darkest months of winter. Bye bye January & February! Hello March! Today in Rhode Island the sun will set at 5:39pm! This Sunday is Daylight Savings, time for longer, brighter days! Spring also means more of one of my favorite things… flowers. I love using fresh flowers during my newborn sessions. Especially tulips, roses, or my personal favorite when it comes to Spring, peonies. For those expecting mamas looking for a Rhode Island Newborn Photographer and wondering when is the best time to schedule your newborn session, generally, sometime during your 1st or 2nd trimester is best.

The ideal age for a newborn session with Tiny Wonder Photography is when baby is anywhere from 7 to 18 days old. Depending on when your little one arrives, whether that is before or after (or even right on!) your due date, will help us decide when to schedule your session. As a newborn photographer in Rhode Island for over 15 years, I have seen just about everything there is to see with newborn babies. You and your baby’s comfort and safety are my number one priority during your newborn session. As well as providing you with heirloom quality, exquisite portraits of your new baby. Oh my goodness this baby. So. Many. Smiles! I think this is the most smiles I’ve ever seen during one newborn session. Sweet baby S… just such a delight… between the smiles… the lashes… the cheeks… I could go on and on. What an absolute joy she was to spend my morning with. I am so happy for baby S and her parents. Congratulations G family, she is just precious! Welcome to the world sweet baby.
This sweet little one came to visit me for her Complete Newborn Session with mom, dad and big brother C. It took quite a bit of convincing and my best Peppa Pig impression 😉 but I finally won big brother over! #whateverittakes
Baby girl M was just so precious during her newborn session, gave me such sweet smiles AND even some AMAZING open eyed shots! Baby M has the most beautiful creamy skin and I just love her hair <3 Congratulations again guys… it was so nice to meet you all!

Oh, my goodness this baby! She was just sooo sweet and sleepy and oh my heart… she just melted me. Baby girl H came into the studio with her parents for her Wrapped Newborn Session and truly made the entire session such a breeze. So. Very. Precious.
